"I’m honestly very disappointed with Michael Aram products. The quality does not match the high price at all—items stain easily and start to look worn much sooner than expected. For a brand at this price point, I expected far better craftsmanship and durability. What’s even worse is their customer service. They clearly don’t care about their customers. When I reached out about an issue, I received no real help and very poor communication. It feels like once you make a purchase, you no longer matter to them. I bought a several things and all things not good quality Overall, I would not recommend this brand. Definitely not worth the money."

Beautiful but don’t buy

"Loved this set but as others have said, not practical as the salt will corrode and you can’t open the shaker. Tried the recommendations and it discolored the outside of the shaker. Can’t get the bottom back on either. Bottom line. Don’t buy it."

"This is an absolutely beautiful set but as others have said you cannot leave salt in the shaker or it reacts with the metal and causes such corrosion that you cannot open the bottom or use it at all. It's a shame"

"if leave the salt in it . it will rust and create a white hard material on the outside that if you try to remove it peels the metal cover, once it happens you cannot even open it the lock under it stock."
