The Palm Collection is inspired by the beauty of a windswept palm tree and the perfectly imperfect shapes of woven palm leaves and fallen fronds. The warm antique gold finish and the intricate sculpted textures exude comfortable luxury and graciousness.

"I was having lunch with friends on a veranda overlooking the sea when I looked down to the lawn and saw a fallen palm frond. The leaves were all twisted and curled, yet it stood out magnificently against the otherwise perfect landscape. It made me think of the passage of time, and the bountiful gifts of the Palm tree, which provides everything from food to shelter." ~M.

Beautiful piece, poor quality, worse service.

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was genuinely disappointed by both the product quality and the customer service. My wife and I received one of Michael Aram's menorahs as a wedding gift through our registry. It was her favorite item on our registry, and we were excited to finally display it after moving into our first home together. The gift had remained unopened in its original packaging while stored during our move. When we opened it for the first time, we discovered that the marble base had shattered into multiple pieces and the metal menorah had completely separated from it. I reached out to customer service hoping that, given the circumstances, they might allow us to return it or offer a repair, as it had never been used and appears to have been damaged before we ever opened the box. I provided all of the details, including that it was a wedding registry gift and that it had remained unopened Unfortunately, the response was simply that they could not do anything. After asking if there were repair options, they said I should use JB Weld glue to repair it myself. No replacement, no discount toward a replacement, and no meaningful acknowledgment of the circumstance. Ironically, we are longtime admirers of Michael Aram's work and had even purchased another Michael Aram menorah as a wedding gift for my brother earlier this year. Sadly, after this experience, we will not be purchasing Michael Aram products again. It's a beautiful design, but beauty alone isn't enough when the company stands behind its products this way."

    Q&A

“There is a tremendous reflection of our own humanity in handmade objects When you make things by hand, somehow that energy, that tension, that passion, all gets absorbed into the object Objects are powerful They trace history, trace our passage through time, they capture memories for generations.” ~ M.
